ASL Energy Pte Ltd ASLE is a 50/50 joint venture with ASL Marine Holdings Ltd, a leading marine based company, established in July 2003. It has a fleet of 24 units of 230ft and 8 units of 300ft barges with complimentary tugboats. The vessels are built specifically for coal transportation. They are now deployed in East Kalimantan region.

ASLE also designed, constructed and built a 65,000 dwt floating terminal with a loading and unloading rate of 4000tons/hr. This structure is one of its kind used for offshore loading and unloading of coal. It is currently deployed in East Kalimantana area.

Lian Beng Energy Pte Ltd LBE was established in March 2004, and has a contract to remove overburden for an open cut mine in East Kalimantan. It owns and leases a full fleet of machinery and equipment capable of removing more than 3 million BCM of overburden a month.

Tat Hong Energy Pte Ltd THE is a 50/50 joint venture with Tat Hong Holdings Limited, a leading heavy equipment and machinery leasing company, THE, established in December 2003. It owns material moving equipment of some US$60 million, almost all of which are on long term lease to a leading Indonesian mining group. Bayan Resources Group.
