The Group established a joint venture corporation named Manhattan Resources (Ningbo) Property Co. Ltd in April 2011.
Since then, The group has successfully acquired a parcel of land measuring 23,381 m2 in China. Situated at the Yinzhou District, which is Ningbo’s South Central Business District, the site has been zoned for commercial use for a leasehold period of 40 years.
