The city of Ningbo is located on China’s eastern coastline and is a major trading hub in the Yangtze River Delta Region. It is the second largest city in the Zhejiang province with a population of 5.7 million and GDP of RMB 512.6 billion in 2010.
Supported by the strong inflow of foreign investments, Ningbo has shown robust economic growth with GDP rising by 7.8% in 2012. Coupled with rapid urbanisation and population growth, there has been continual demand for quality residential, retail and office developments in prime areas of the city, such as the Yinzhou District.
