When completed, the Manhattan Tower will be a prominent iconic landmark which will reshape the skyline of Ningbo’s Southern Central Business District.
With the natural curves of a willow and the imposing stature of a poplar tree, the Manhattan Tower embraces world-class sustainable design concepts with many unique design features that are energy-efficient, functional and vibrant.
The Manhattan Tower will be a 55-storey building with a gross floor area of 160,000 m2, comprising a mix of prime retail units, serviced apartments, offices and a hotel.
